Error with round matrices. We report the percentage of Jaspar matrices for which the P-value computed from a round matrix leads to a different number of words as for the P-value computed with the original matrix. The rounding ranges from 10-2 to 10-6, and the P-value is 10-3 for a multinomial background model. |
